The final meet of 2017 saw a festive theme with many members donning their Christmas jumpers, and a prize kindly gifted by Sturgess Jaguar of Leicester was presented to the most innovative outfit!
A remarkable fifty Jaguars turned out despite typically inclement Christmas weather and salty roads, which confined many classics to warm garages, but our modern Jaguar contingent magnificently supported the event with a very impressive display.
A very happy Christmas to you all!

Mad Dogs and Englishmen!
What do Jaguar owners do on a damp November morning?
They go to see like-minded enthusiasts at the British Motor Museum, which this month attracted almost one hundred Jaguars, many travelling great distances to join the display. Thank you all for your support, you are truly a credit to the marque!

2nd September 2017
Around 125 Jaguars assembled beneath a cloudless sky at the British Motor Museum for the September meet of the Jaguar Breakfast Club. From a Suffolk SS100 and a stunning Daimler SP250 to the latest F-TYPEs and F-PACE there was wealth of interest for enthusiasts and visitors alike.
The fine weather was especially welcome as many of us enjoyed drive out into the local hills after breakfast and the route was so well received that such drives are set to become a regular feature of our breakfast meets!

5th August 2017
A wide range of Jaguar models are always guaranteed at our breakfast meets but the August gathering produced some particularly exceptional and rare examples. Amongst our display was a long-distance rally prepared 1953 XK120; a 1990 JaguarSport XJR-S with the 6-litre V12 engine, of which there are only 29 currently licensed in the UK; and propelling the display to the present day was an F-TYPE SVR!

1st July 2017
July’s Breakfast Meet at Gaydon was designated as a summer ‘Show & Shine’ event with prizes for the best presented Jaguars on display, kindly donated by Sturgess Jaguar, Leicester, the British Motor Museum and Jaguar World magazine. The event attracted one hundred cars and Jaguar Heritage supported the occasion with a ‘Swallow’ theme, bringing two of their early cars out into the sunshine where Tony Merrygold, Vehicle Collection Manager, gave an informative talk about the early Swallow years.
Prize winners on the day were Graham York (Distinguished Classic Award)) with a stunning 1965 E-type; Dave Watson (Modern Classics) displaying a glorious 1989 XJ-S V12; John Powell (Post Millennium) won with his cherished 2004 X-type; John Bowen deservedly received the ‘Spirit of Jaguar’ award with his immaculate 2004 XJ8 Sovereign; and Neil MacDonald scooped the prize for furthest travelled on the day, driving his 2003 S-type from Penzance, a round trip of almost 600 miles just for breakfast!

3rd June 2017
The latest monthly breakfast meet at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon attracted 130 Jaguars, providing a magnificent spectacle on the lawns flanking the impressive museum façade. The display spanned almost 70 years of the Jaguar timeline and, with such great numbers attending, the variety was staggering. For a simple, free and friendly monthly meet for all Jaguar owners we have grown to become the largest regular gathering of the Jaguar community and now attract cars from all corners of the country. Thank you all for your support!

March saw the twelfth consecutive month of our Jaguar Breakfast Club meets, now a well-established feature on the Jaguar enthusiast’s calendar and increasing in popularity as word continues to spread. Thank you all for your support!
The new café seating arrangements with reserved tables for our group proved a great success, where members can now sit together to discuss our Jaguar passions over a leisurely breakfast. In the arena outside, a morning of spring sunshine brought many Jaguars to the event ranging from sublime early E-types to a ravishing F-TYPE, less than 24 hours old!
